It is the Holiday Season! For our December menu we have a variety of seasonal goods. Hot Chocolate Bombs (customizable), Gingerbread Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting, German Christmas Stollen, and Vanillekipferl Cookies.

For those of you that are unfamiliar with Hot Chocolate Bombs, Christmas Stollen, and Vanillekipferl Cookies, here is a little bit about these desserts. Hot chocolate bombs are made by pouring melted chocolate in a circular mold. They are then chilled, filled with hot chocolate powder and other goodies, and then attached to each other to create a sphere. Simply drop them in a mug and pour hot milk over it to create delicious hot chocolate. Traditional German stollen bread features candied fruit, nuts and spices in a yeast dough. The crescent shaped Vanillekipferl cookies are a lovely snack at tea time.
